Billing & Payment Policy

Fees and estimates:

Consultation fees, procedures, medicines, and tests are charged as per our current rate list. We aim to explain expected costs before treatment when possible.

Payment methods:

We accept cash and common digital payment methods available at the clinic. Please confirm accepted methods at the reception desk.

Receipts:

Receipts are provided for payments made at the clinic. Please retain them for your records and insurance claims if applicable.

Refunds:

Refunds for unused medicines or cancelled paid services are considered only as per clinic discretion and applicable regulations. Medicines once dispensed cannot be returned for safety reasons.
